Be Careful At ATMs

| Please be advised that the Cleveland Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) reports the discovery of three automated teller machine (ATM) scanners. Late in 2010, ATMs in Kent, Stow, and Cuyahoga Falls have had scanners affixed to them. The scanners read the magnetic strip and a camera records the personal identification number (PIN). |
| When you visit ATMs that you normally don't go to, be sure to investigate the machine. Don't hesitate to physically inspect the machine. Plus, if your neighborhood ATM has changed and looks somewhat different - stop inside the branch and ask if it was replaced. |
