• Balance your checkbook m• Request to have a check mailed to you from your account.

• Enter your Teller24 PIN Number.

• Use Option 2. Enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security number as your PIN,
then pick the PIN of your choice.

• If you receive a response that "The system is unavailable," this means that information was entered incorrectly.

• When entering 2-digit numbers corresponding to suffixes, do not use the "#" key. Use "21" for Shares & "11" for
mShare Draft.

• If you call the Credit Union to receive information that can be received on Teller24, you will be charged $3.00 for the call!
